Wings for Life 2024 - Last Sunday, I participated in the Wings for Life run alongside Brandon. Originally planning to complete a 10-kilometer course, I ended up surpassing my goal and nearly hit the 15-kilometer mark. It's been a journey—last year, I achieved 15 kilometers, and the year before, I managed 17. Despite slowing down a bit this year, I still covered over 14 kilometers. The event was incredible, supporting spinal cord injury research. I want to extend special thanks to MeGood for the clothing and Vermazi Europe for the shoes—they made a huge difference. I also run for Swiss Marathonis and Guts2Glory, both of which hold special places in my heart. Today's run was for Guts2Glory, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. What special endeavors are you taking on today?

Zurich Zoo Run - Can you imagine running a race in the zoo? What an incredible experience with my client and friend Sonja. It was absolutely amazing. Raising funds for the elephants and what a beautiful, beautiful event. A pity about the rain. The rain didn't stop us from running, but it certainly stopped me from having a look, a closer look at the zoo. Saving my energy for tomorrow for the Flughafen Zuri Love Cup race. What are you doing today that is extraordinary?

Spinning session done and dusted! Thank you @globalcyclingnetwork for a great YouTube session today. Reverse Steps: 60 Minutes HIIT Cycling Workout Training for the POWERMAN Zofingen 10-150-30 requires a well-rounded balance of running, biking, and more running. As the toughest Duathlon in the world, preparation is key. To train effectively, focus on incorporating long endurance runs, intense cycling sessions, and brick workouts that combine both disciplines. Gradually increase your mileage and intensity, while also dedicating time to strength and flexibility training to prevent injuries. Consistency and dedication are crucial for success in such a demanding event. I am by no means fast on a bike….. but I have endurance and that’s the ONLY reason I made 2nd and 3rd place in my Open Age Category. I aim to spend more time on my bike 🤗 What are you up to today?? #powermanzofingen #run #cycle #run #duathlete #duathlon #endurance #spinning
