Running and Cardio

To balance our strength and flexibility, we offer regular group running sessions in the local neighbourhood covering beautiful countryside tracks and paths around our Samstagern location. At any speed and with friends. You’ll see and experience the beauty of the Swiss countryside, great views of the Zurichsee and a feeling of accomplishment.  In addition, we offer spinning classes to maintain fitness levels during bad weather alongside other cardio training offerings.

Cardio training is based on endurance as well as interval training to ensure that you can work out longer and build stamina and burn fat. This mixes both low intensity alongside high intensity interval training (where you transition from low or moderate intensity to higher levels of intensity intervals). Take little steps and you will see the benefits in your daily fitness levels.
