We operate regular group classes which cover a varied program of activities focusing on strength, flexibility and cardio training with scaling to your own personal fitness level. Our focus is not just on the main muscle groups which people regularly train but also on those muscles less used, to ensure a full round body workout. The classes are attended by our community who support and encourage each other. There is no judgement here. The fact you turn up is all that matters.
